This policy explains what information 365Vistas (365vistas.com), operated by OZBEY LLC ("we", "us"), collects and how it's used. We keep it simple: we collect as little as possible and we never sell your personal data.
When you click a partner link, the partner and our affiliate network (Travelpayouts) may set cookies or use similar technology to know that you came from 365Vistas, so a booking can be credited to us. This doesn't change your price. Partners' own privacy policies apply on their sites. You can choose "Only essential" in our cookie banner and block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time.
To run and improve the site, send emails you asked for, answer your messages, credit bookings to us through affiliate programs, and keep the site secure. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't use it for automated decisions about you.
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Messages are kept as long as needed to answer them. Technical logs are kept for a limited time by our providers.
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU/UK or state laws such as the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your data, and to object to or restrict its use. 365Vistas is not directed at children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in other countries. Where required, they use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
